Great app with some usability issues
The app frequently says "service unavailable" right when I'm about to finish my transfer; so I have to go back and repeat the input process and try again. Does not work well with voice over.
Useless app and bad customer service
Tried sending money overseas and we keep on getting an email saying transaction got cancelled due to technical error. Money deducted already and when you call customer service, they are very rude as they try to talk you over when you try to ask questions and explain issues to them. They will say it was the bank who cancels the transactions. There was also a time when i sent money overseas and an email arrived saying transaction declined but my family received the money, no email confirmation or whatever. I also got an email where it says profile has been updated and when i called customer service to tell them that I did not do any profile updates and asked why I got that email, they just told me to leave everything as it is. No answer as to why I got an email regarding it. WU why bother put “contact us” when your customer service are either: a. hard to contact and b. rude and c. unable to solve issues.
Money not refund yet 14 days after
I trasfered money on 2 jan transaction got accepted and after one hour i got email due to technical error ur transaction been cancelled and ur money will be refunded. I called customer service representative and she said money will be refunded and will show up in ur account within 14 days. Its 21 days passes i think and still no sign of money back. Really disappointed with this service i called again after 14 days and customer representative said money we transferred the money and it depends on ur bank when called bank they said its depends on the company who refunded so just feel like really stuck and for some middle class person it is very hardship sometimes. Due to which i m writing this on today coz i loved ur service but this is really a disappointment due to lack of good customer service.
