BanKo is a great app, their app might lacked in some aspects but the service is great. I was able to get a personal loan which has low interest and payable in 1-3 months. I paid my balance in full even though my 2nd payment is not due. I tried re-availing their loan but it keeps on denying me, I don’t know what happened. Also, it takes minimum of 3 business days after your loan application to update you if you got approved or not.

PLEASE IMPROVE APP UX

The BanKO services are efficient. However, the app itself has a lot of bugs and crashes often that causes worry whether or not transactions were successful or not. Also, generated QR for InstaPay are always in error.

But overall, I like BanKO. Just please improve the app user experience.

Resetting MPIN

I had a difficulty resetting my MPIN because the numbers on the keypad disappears when you have to re-type your new MPIN. I had to restart the application and do it again. The position of the numbers is also jumbled up when you have to input your MPIN which makes it difficult for me to make a bank transfer. It also randomly kicks me out of the application due to “No Internet Connectivity” despite having strong internet connection.
