Unable to log in
I used the NEW app for 2- 3 months, it was working although credit and debit are updated after 1-2 business days and worst if its a weekend. Suddenly i'm unable to
log in before Christmas until now. none of my credentials are accepted and I can't even do reset it.
We need a working app. The old app is so slow and have to do OTP every time we transact online. Please Eastwest, you need to do FIX this soon!
Clean UX, improved loading times
Improve your IT infrastructure. It takes ages to load tx history. 15s of latency is just unacceptable in today's age.
Update: They have fixed the app's latency, transactions are loading much faster now. It's nice to see transactions in real-time. Keep it up

Good but still needs work
the app seems to be working much better compared to before but I encountered a bug while transferring funds to my Komo account. I got an error saying "it's taking a while to process" but I was able to receive the funds when I checked my Komo app, I got a success text confirmation too. I hope this will be fixed to reflect the correct status on fund transfers.
