Household account

Many of us have several phones at home, for example one or two for me, one each among the family being loaded each with a data plan. In Giga Life you can register up to 10 mobile number but with only one login account. I am wondering if Smart could make that account as the Data account like a VPN Server for all of the registered number and share the loaded data. With this setup a household could monitor the amount of data being consumed. Once a mobile number is already registered under a master mobile number which is the login account, it cannot be used to create a new login account which I see this done in this app unlike the other Smart app or PLDTSmart app.

Other promos like call and text is a different thing because it needs to be consumed only by a unique number.

Hi, good evening. First of all, i like the new account addition which is for our pldt home account. I don’t anymore have to go to the other app just to register again. That’s a BIG thumbs up. My problem with the app is that I have been using the GIGA VIDEO 499 for my ipad’s data, however, in the app no option for it is available, only up to GIGA VIDEO 299. I hope this concern will get your attention since I am already tired of removing my sim from my ipad and insert it to my other phone just to register. Thank you SMART. Continue your good services.

Cannot renew my favorite promo allnet20

I was excited about the new update which included the giga pro. I immediately subscribed to giga pro work anywhere 199. My other subscription, allnet20 , was about to expre and i tried renewing it using the giga life app. Low and behold it was asking me to buy a giga promo in order to use the renewal subscription. So i renewed my other subscription, giga 99, thinking it would fix the problem. It didnt. I had to it manually using *123#, which i did. So just today when my allnet20 was about to expire i tried renewing it using the giga life app. Again it wouldnt let me because it said i have to have a giga subscription in order to use the renewal subscription button. I am already registered to 2 giga promos. Do you want me to enroll to the entire giga promo in order to use the renewal button for allnet20? Fix this smart
