App is fine, yung review nila sa email hindi nagana, parang ang daya. Mabilis silang tumawag after mo magconsult. But the doctor assigned to me was in a rush. I have denied having contact with a CONFIRMED case and I called again to clarify if this will interfere with the fact that I have been in close contact with a SUSPECTED/POTENTIAL case. Nagtaas pa sya ng boses and does not have enough patience to explain this to me. How can I understand the terms if the doctor is impatient??? Told me stuff like "Hindi naman ako nagdadagdag bawas kasi kung ano sinabi mo yun ang nilalagay ko" when I'm just clarifying what she stated on the abstract, not that I'm asking her to add any information. I'M JUST CLARIFYING.

I haven’t received any error messages during the sign up. And when i tried to log in using the credentials it didn’t go through.I double check the characters and spacing but there is none. I tried to reset the password but never received any reset password link. (even after an hour & tried resetting password every after 10mins)

It’s been long 4 months of having this useless app! I signed-up and got no error upon registration. I also received email confirmation but cannot log-in using the same credentials! I also tried updating and re-installing the app but still no progress! Last resort was to click forget password but after that I do receive any registration link. Been doing and trying to log-in multiple times. Also, no email confirmation or update on getting technical support. The heck. Worst app! If I can only rate zero rating it should be that!

I tried to sign up using the certificate number that I received from the email and it gives me an error message that says my birthdate and my certificate number does not match and I already double check that those info that I encode is correct. Customer Support was also able to confirm that I’m putting the right info, tried to use a password that is free of special and it’s still didn’t work. Hope this will resolve as soon as possible cause I badly need to use this app as someone who has a medical condition. Thank you.
