UI Slow

Not sure if it’s the new updates but the UI of this app has been really slow… from login to loading of the dashboard and more so loading of the list of hospitals, doctors, etc. I do not usually leave feedback, but the app is not as efficient as a year ago and before that… like now, if you submit a request the via app these past months…you have to call the hotline to followup because no approval has been made (left at pending status). And now, UI is sooooo slow.

What I appreciate most about the new updated Med Go app is how user-friendly and reliable it is. Everything runs smoothly, making it very helpful when you want things done quickly and without hassle. The experience feels easier and less stressful, especially nowadays when everything can be done online.You no longer need to call or wait in queue just to get your LOA approved for consultations or laboratory tests. Whether you’re in NCR or anywhere in the Philippines, you can request an LOA anytime and anywhere. There’s also no need to line up at the hospital anymore you can get your LOA through your phone in just a minute.Thank you MediCard Go app and kudos to the whole team!

This App is ridiculous

I’m extremely disappointed with how this app functions. I was locked out due to an “incorrect password” error. The prompt gave me two options: wait 15 minutes or reset my password. Since I didn’t want to wait, I reset it. But even after setting a new password, I kept getting the same error: “incorrect password or wait for 15 minutes.”I made absolutely sure the new password was correct. I even cleared the app cache and cookies, and YES—my app is up to date. Still, the same issue persists. This is beyond frustrating and makes the app feel completely useless.On top of that, once I did manage to get in, trying to access the face-to-face consultation feature was a joke—it took over 2 hours of loading time, and nothing happened. I have a stable 100mbps internet connection, so there’s no excuse for that kind of performance.I’ve used other healthcare apps like Maxicare and Cocolife without any issues. This is by far the worst app experience I’ve ever had.Please fix these problems. Otherwise, there’s no point in keeping this app available if it can’t even handle basic login or load a simple page.
