I am extremely disappointed with UnionDigital Bank’s service. I cannot transfer my money because, after entering the amount, the Proceed button becomes unresponsive, and the amount I entered is automatically removed.I am also having problems logging in. Even though I am entering the correct mobile number and password, the app keeps saying that my credentials are invalid. I even changed my password using the Forgot Password option, but the problem continued. After several attempts, my account is now locked.What makes this even more frustrating is that customer service is not responding, despite the fact that we urgently need access to our funds. This is completely unacceptable for a banking application.I also noticed that the comment section on UnionDigital Bank’s Facebook posts has been disabled, which makes it even more difficult for customers to raise concerns publicly.This has been an extremely frustrating experience. We need access to our own money, yet we cannot use the service and cannot get timely assistance.

I am very disappointed with how UnionDigital Bank has handled my request to change my registered mobile number.My request has remained pending despite multiple follow-ups and inquiries. Initially, I received responses, but unfortunately, there has been no clear resolution or meaningful update. More recently, my follow-up messages have not received any response at all.What makes the experience even more frustrating is that I have already escalated the matter through the BSP consumer assistance channel, yet I still have not received a proper response or resolution from the bank.I understand that some requests may require processing time, but customers should at least receive timely updates, clear guidance, and appropriate responses—especially when a concern has been outstanding for an extended period.This experience has seriously affected my confidence in UnionDigital Bank’s customer service and complaint-handling process. I hope the bank gives greater attention to unresolved customer concerns and improves its responsiveness, escalation procedures, and accountability. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up just to receive an update on a basic account-related request.

At first, I grabbed the opportunity to download the app because I saw the SSS Loan Lite feature, thinking that since I am an active SSS contributor, I would be eligible to apply. I was then redirected to fill out the required information and link my SSS credentials while signing up.What surprised me was discovering that to increase your chances of getting approved for the SSS Loan Lite, you are expected to keep using the app for deposits, bill payments, money transfers, and other transactions. It feels strange because it seems like they adopted a system similar to GCash, where your activity within the app affects your eligibility.If that’s really how it works, then it appears that simply being an active SSS contributor is not enough to qualify for the SSS Loan Lite. Instead, you also have to actively use the app to improve your chances of getting approved.

Looking for a better provider
I have been using the app for a coiple of years and had several time deposits matured. I have liked it so far until the recent update. This update includes minor fixes and improvements for a smoother, more reliable banking experience.
