It seems that this app needs more improvements. Upon my first usage of this app, some information is not displaying properly. Also, the user experience is difficult, and the interface is not quite on modern interface. I guess the government should invest in people with some expertise to this kind of situation. If I'm going to access my sss online, I would prefer the website version instead of this app.

The idea of bringing SSS services to your fingertips is commendable, but the app falls short in execution. The user interface (UI) needs significant improvement—it feels outdated and unintuitive, as though no UI designer was involved in creating a seamless, user-friendly experience. Navigation is cumbersome, and the icons lack clarity and polish.Another major drawback is the removal of the loan application feature, which was present in the previous version of the app. This functionality is crucial and should be reinstated to help minimize the number of members physically lining up at SSS offices to file their loan applications.There’s a lot of potential for improvement here. I highly recommend that SSS conduct design thinking workshops, actively gather user feedback, and iterate the app based on these insights. Doing so could transform this app into a truly helpful tool for its members.

Uninstalled it right after 5 mins of installing it. The features or services that most contributors need is missing i.e. Loan Application, View Loan Status and View Loan Balance. Totally waste of the government's resources. I also tried checking my SSS account online, however it seems like they changed my registered phone number without my approval as I am unable to receive the OTP after waiting for almost an hour. So the only option left for me is to physically go to their office and recover access to my online account and settle my business with them, which defeats the purpose of creating a mobile app or an online account. Bagong Pilipinas it is.

I downloaded the app thinking it was more convenient than accessing the website from time to time. Thinking oh there is an “SSS APP” it might be more convenient to use. BUT WRONG! This App has NO USE, NO HELP, NOT CONVENIENT at ALL! All I can see is the contributions and thats it, there is even a screen pop up where it like asks EVERYTIME YOU OPEN THE APP to rate the APP (I clicked 1 star- and it prompted me to choose a good response) I was like- this can’t be real. You really cant do anything on this app OTHER THAN VIEWING CONTRIBUTIONS aside from that- NADA, NOTHING. This app is seriously not a joke, i don’t usually write reviews but this app is BAD, BAD. Ya’ll shouldn’t have developed an app that has NO USE. I am beyond DISAPPOINTED.
