Our company registered us with this bank. I applied for an ATM and received it. When I opened the app, it didn’t indicate that the password would be emailed to me. After three attempts, my account got locked. Haha! Again, I called customer service and they activated it. However, after activating it, the password still didn't work, even though the same password worked on the website. After spending and wasting some time on this application, I am considering resigning from my position or changing my account.
I am not upset or sad because this is pakistan baby.

Dont waste your time
Dont waste your time and money in this bank. totally useless apps. poor customer service. nothing works fine. there are many other banks which gives you good service and apps for your feasibility.
Doesn’t work
Tried multiple times and every time it says fingerprints don’t match. HBL has such a smooth experience with digital banking and in all other aspects. I’ve made a mistake opening account in this one.
