هج!!!RUN الخدمة سيئة بجميع النواحي، اتصال بطيء هذا غير اذا ما انقطع فجأة وبدون أي سابق انذار واذا تواصلت معاهم شف متى يردون عليك واذا ردوا يقولك بكل برود الشبكة مقطوعة عن جميع العملاء! وما تقدر حتى ترفع شكوى لهئية الاتصالات لأن لازم اول تكون لك شكوى في التطبيق ولكن ذا التطبيق وقت الازمة ما يفتح معك حرفياً ما يمديك تسوي اي شي لين ما هم يرحمونك Such a bad experience and slow, unreliable connection. The connection is often get lost without any prior warning, and if you try to contact customer service during this crisis, they will simply respond with a disclaimer and say that the network is down for all customers!! BTW It's impossible to file a complaint against them to CST until you have complained to Virgin by the app at first, which you can't access the app at that very time, which you’ll do absolutely nothing about it

this is a great app after all for the virgin mobile service but the problem is, i have been tryin to change my sim to e sim and i have tried in my two phones iphone 11 and a 12 pro max and it shows an error and says to try again later and it doesnt work

I have been using this app now for almost 3 years and I need to say it is very difficult to deal with the app. There are too many updates, extremely slow loading, time taking after pressing any service is too long … guys some features need to be done without connecting to internet similar to digital banking services for example the payment and possible many others
