The new Alkahraba app offers you a flexible digital experience that allows you to manage
your accounts and complete all your services with ease.
Application features:
• Account Management:
Manage and control all your accounts under a single ID (add/remove beneficiary, transfer
ownership to the new owner)
• Consumption Monitoring:
Monitor your electricity consumption and compare it with similar customers; per hour, day,
week, and month. Also, you can set a consumption limit with the ability to be notified when
exceeded.
• Bill Payment:
You can review your bill details and pay easily via various methods.
• Customer Support:
You can now contact us via live chat to answer your queries and complete your requests, or
through the virtual office service.
• Electrical Service Connection
You can now request a permanent or temporary service connection for your property and
track the request status until completion.

The application is excellent as all the services are available,significantly reducing the need to visit the office. However, some technical issues still hinder making the most of it,like uploading photos in case of complaints. Anyway, We’re sure there’s a continuous development in solving these problems. Excellent app
This app is Fast, easy to use, includes all the information a costmer needs. I really appreciate the new update and how incredibly inclusive it is.
I would suggest adding a faster login without sending a temporary passward other than that it is pretty easy and excellent.
