NAFATH is an impressive app that has greatly made our lives easier. However, it is crucial to regularly maintain and ensure the flawless functioning of these apps. Ever since the last update v.7, I've been experiencing consistent crashes whenever I try to open it, regardless of whether I'm logging in or trying to access the settings. This issue is particularly worrying as there aren't many alternative options for ID verification. Please promptly look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

Critical Issues with Nafath App – Face ID Failure & Poor Service

I’ve had a terrible experience with the Nafath app. Yesterday, the Face ID login worked perfectly fine, but today it suddenly stopped working without any explanation. This issue has disrupted a lot of my daily tasks that require access through the app. I was told by customer service to go to Passport Office to update my photo, but who has the time to waste a full day standing in long queues there? On top of that, the staff at Passport Office don’t even communicate or behave properly with people. This is unacceptable. Why should I face these unnecessary frustrations and delays because of your app’s failure? And this is after the latest update!!! WOW!!! Fix your app!

I’ve had a terrible experience with the Nafath app. Yesterday, the Face ID login worked perfectly fine, but today it suddenly stopped working without any explanation. Broken fingerprint feature

The fingerprint scanning feature fails due to selecting the wrong camera (macro camera instead of normal camera on iPhone 15 pro max), the app clearly shows that the fingerprints are blurry and not focused. It is the one feature that should never fail in case face recognition did not work, otherwise how will people verify with this option? A simple thing like allowing the user to manage the camera would have come a looooong way in making this simpler (hoping that the fingerprint matching actually works…). This was very irritating and unpleasant, it literally prevented me from accepting any request with this app.
