I’m beyond frustrated with the extremely slow and unhelpful customer service of this company. Every time there’s a problem, it takes more than 4–5 days (if not more) just to get a vague response like “We’ve contacted the admin” or “Your complaint has been forwarded.” It’s just a constant loop of delays and empty promises.This is unacceptable, especially from a cleaning service where we pay the full amount upfront expecting reliable and timely service. What we get instead is poor service that does NOT match the price paid. On top of that, the workers they send are clearly overworked, tired the reason they are unmotivated to do the task properly . This not only affects the quality of the work but also shows that somehow both its employees and its customers are being mismanaged.

I am writing from extreme frustration. This is the third week of my once-a-week cleaning booking. And, I haven't seen the cleaner yet! Every week, the evening before the morning schedule, I receive a text on the app that says that the schedule has been cancelled. This week, you have exceeded your own bar! I waited two hours for the cleaner, while the helpdesk kept telling me that the driver is stuck in traffic, to know that I have to reschedule on the app. After a few failed attempts, I go lucky(!) - a cleaner was free. I booked for the afternoon. Again, it's one hour past the booking start time. The app chat bot is useless. The phone number of the cleaner on the app is wrong. The helpline has kept me on music for go-knows-how-long! And just now, they came back saying that the driver has a car issue - and so the cleaner can't come. And that I have to reschedule or take a refund for the day. The only reason I have been with this app despite these unprofessional attitude is that the cleaners are amazing. Well, but there is an end to patience. Usually companies focus on rebranding to get better - Gosh!

Very disappointing experience with Yammak. I purchased a 4-session cleaning plan and used only two. When I tried to book the remaining sessions, the app suddenly claimed that services are not available in my location — even though I’ve had over 20 previous visits at the exact same address.I contacted customer support three times and was told each time that the issue would be fixed within 24 hours. It has now been almost two weeks with zero progress, no follow-up, and no solution. I urgently needed just a 2-hour cleaning session and wasn’t able to redeem the plan I already paid for.This level of service is unacceptable. I hope the team resolves this issue for future customers.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with this application. The customer service is absolutely unprofessional, careless, and completely unreliable. They don’t respect customers’ time, they don’t follow up properly, and when problems happen, they have zero accountability.The cleaning service itself was poorly executed—far from what a professional company should deliver. Instead of solving the issues, the support team made things even worse with their rude and dismissive attitude.This app is a total waste of money and trust. I will never use it again and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs unless they want to deal with frustration, lost time, and unprofessional behavior.
