I've been using BusApp for a few months now, and it has significantly improved my daily commute. The real-time bus tracking feature is incredibly accurate, allowing me to plan my trips with ease and avoid long waits at the bus stop. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate through different routes and schedules. I also appreciate the notifications for service disruptions, which help me adjust my plans accordingly.However, I believe BusApp could be even more valuable by incorporating train planning into its features. Many commuters, like myself, rely on both buses and trains to reach our destinations. Integrating train schedules and routes would provide a comprehensive public transportation solution, making it a one-stop app for all our commuting needs. This addition would streamline the travel planning process and enhance the overall user experience.Overall, BusApp is a reliable and user-friendly application that has made my bus journeys more predictable and stress-free. With the addition of train planning, it could become an indispensable tool for all public transit users.

Thanks for the app, it’s been really easy to use and has a lot of helpful features. The MRT map is a nice touch. I was wondering if you’d consider a function to save specific buses at specific bus stops. For bus stops with a lot of buses (eg. Dhoby Ghaut), I have a scroll several times up and down to get to the bus I want, and it’s hard to find in a rush. Also, if I want to quickly look at buses from a few bus stops (eg. If I’m in the middle of several bus stops and there’re different buses I can take home) I’ll have to click through several drop downs instead of being able to have saved buses on a single page. But again, small matter, overall the app is great.

This app is great and it really helps me gauge the arrival of buses tho sometimes slightly different from what it shows. Also appreciate the train map. Is it possible to get eta of trains as well at each stations and where does the train ends? For example sometimes it ends at their dock stations instead. Every train stations only has 1-2 TV per platform which is considered very far from the end of the car doors. Sometimes it’s blocked by constructions and have to depend on the arrival of the train to see their blinking train map in the car/cabin. Maybe it isn’t possible to gain those data. But I hope it can be put into consideration.Nonetheless, great app.

50% of the time it comes as it says, the other 50% its completely off. For example, when it states 5-6mins, the total time it takes can be over 10 mins. Every minute in the app isn’t the same as real time. It also detects buses that don’t exist. Stating that a bus is coming in x minutes, but as you update, it disappears and gets updated with the next long time bus timing instead. Also instances where a bus goes undetected and appears. My experience using this app for a few months.
