Previously app allows apple pay for seamless payment and quick responses with food served to table number. Currently not working for the past couple of weeks, already missed eating it for weeks.Secondly, the price on the app is more expensive than if you order in person at the cashier, this felt like the app is cheating the consumers, I have informed the cashier about this but they don't know what to do about it.
Welcome voucher can’t be used!

It is only because their ads about the welcome voucher that I downloaded the app. However, welcome voucher is not available after multiple attempts. Store manager also cannot solve the problem. Very frustrating. Misleading advertisement

it was my first time using this app, wanted to give it a try. i placed my order but did not realise that the delivery location was set to a random location which was not near to my location. i was right inside another guzman but the order went to another store? when i told the staff they were very rude about it and did not offer any help at all, HORRIBLE service from the staff and also terrible app. wasted $12, will never come back again

My child placed an order without noticing that it was for pick-up only. When i checked, there was no Delivery option. I sent emailsss to customer service for cancellation and refund. They updated the status to ‘Completed’ and no response about the refund. I even left a message at the Tampines Hub landline telephone but no response at all. So they just really took my money. No response of any concern to help at all. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
