Unable to view full description on claim type
Please upgrade your system on claim type section when putting in the claim. Claim type section is so short that unable to select the correct type.
Great job!
I think the recent update finally make its mark. I wasn’t able to login initially but was informed by HR that the login credentials were changed, so that was resolved. Now that I logged in I realize a vast improvement in the interface, which is faster and much more intuitive than before. Great work in improving this app!
Unable to submit claims
There is a bug on claim type option. It doesn’t give any options to select. When tried to submit claim, it doesn’t allow user to submit. It prompt user to select claim type. Clicking claim type shows no options for selections.
Updated: after calling call Centre, issue resolved.
