Lousy app and settings
Why does payment limit always at a max of 1000? Recently make a payment for a Reno $1,300 unable to get through also via paynow; and I used POSB acc and was successful in making the transfer. My app settings already increased all the necessary amount, yet still unable to pay bills via AXS using my debit card anything above 1K.
Bad set up and UX
Why makes things complicating when the usage of mobile app is to makes banking fast and easy and by using this Lite app you are making the experience a hassle. Overall the original app is more user friendly and gives a lot more convenience in transactions. Guys think about the users conveniences when developing the app and what’s needed!
And worst of all i can’t transfer monies even after changing the limit that the apps doesn’t allow it!
Something new and something better for the new year!!
Finally a new mobile banking app is out to take over the current old-fashioned app!! Definitely worth downloading and trying it out. Cool e-angbao designs and savings goal features!!! 👍👍👍
