MHC Clinic Network app is a comprehensive guide to our network of more than 1000 panel clinics in Singapore.
CLINIC LOCATOR:
Exclusive to our members only. Make use of the GPS capability to locate a clinic near you on the map. You can filter the clinics by type and area.
MEMBERS' ECARD:
Exclusive to our MHC, AVIVA, Tokio Marine, AIA, Prudential, QBE, AXA, AXA Clinicare, China Taiping Ins. (S), EQ, FWD, Sompo, MSIG & Liberty program members only. Forgotten your card on your visit to the clinic? You can now retrieve your eCard instantly. Access rights must be enabled by HR Manager first.
ECLAIMS/VISITS
Currently available for selected programs only. Member can now submit claims and view their visits via the App. Not applicable for Dependants.

An apps that is not very convenient for usage
The apps keep auto logout my account and I have to re-login whenever I need to use. Sometime just could not recall the password and need to reset. In this Covid-19 situation, if there is queue behind us, the registration counter in clinic just have to skip us and move on to next patient while we try to relogin the system. By the time we get the system up, we are already a few ppl behind from our queue. Why can’t the system just remained login unless we intensionally click logout.
App fails me 95% of the time
For months I couldn’t select program (insurer/scheme), which means I can’t retrieve the eCard. When I finally could set up the account, the eCard doesn’t load 95% of the time, citing issues with the server. Had to resort to keeping a screenshot of the eCard in case the app fails me. Needed to check nearby clinics today, the app refused to load any nearby clinics, or any clinics at all for that matter. Tried re-installing the app - lo and behold, now I can’t select my program again. Ps: I am using an iPhone XS.
unable to load eCard upon registration
I came to see doctor at one of the panel clinics on 2 Sep 2019, and I couldn’t retrieve my card upon registration. I called the help line and was told by the assisstant that the system is being updated, I will only be able to use the app after they finish the update. Come on you update your app on a Monday morning 9am when everybody is out to see doctor?! Good job MHC developers, I can’t think of another app worse than this.
