Description
As Singapore’s premier healthcare provider, Parkway Shenton now offers greater everyday convenience to our corporate members via the personalised one-stop MyHealth Wallet mobile application. Users can check their benefit entitlement, budget utilisation, balance as well as submit claims on the go via their mobile devices.
In addition, with the new online claim submission feature, submitting a claim is now much easier as you only need to take a photo of the receipt and upload the image for submission. Your claim status will be updated in the mobile application and a notification will be triggered to you once the claim is approved.
Through the MyHealth Wallet mobile app, you can also seamlessly access your eCard and clinic locator mobile app.

Literally 0 testing was done on this useless application. After keying in OTP that was received 1 second ago when trying to login, error popup saying that “Something went wrong”. The only thing that went wrong is the mind of the person who accepted this application and allowed it to go-live. We just need 1 basic feature which is to allow us to login to the app to show the e-card for medical consultations. Pretty sure it’s a basic feature that even the most junior developer can do.
Every Password can only be used once
I can never used the same password to login this App twice.
The second time I login will always tell me wrong password. And then I will have to reset it.
Every second time I need to login will have to RESET password. What is this App here for? To irritate user or to make life easier?
