I could find a stop or bus service easily but couldn’t bookmark them that easily! Even for a software and infrastructure engineer like me! I was searching for a way to bookmark a bus stop so long and failed to find it straightforward manner! Doesn’t work with a click of a star when I see a service or bus stop

This version is worse than before. The home page is useless and redundant, and the first page that appears should be the nearest bus-stops instead. It takes time to move from the home page to this, and that is precious time wasted.

Also, tapping on an individual bus service to update the timing can sometimes open up another page showing the bus route. Scrolling up and down can also end up adding bookmarks instead. The reactions to various finger movements are way too sensitive, and there should be different icons to press if we want to bookmark a bus service or open up to see the bus route.

On the bus route page, this version also shows negative timings. Whatever for??! This leaves only one timing for the next bus, and often isn’t even accurate or correspond to the timing on the bus-stop page. All these lead to a frustrating user experience, which other apps don’t give.

The current bookmark system to save both the bus service and stop are bad.

Previously you could check the arrival time of the next bus. Now it is supposed to send a reminder when it is arriving the refresh button doesn’t work to show you when the next bus is arriving. It is a frankly baffling and user unfriendly change.

The redundant systems are still around like when you tap on the bus stop then the bus service you can loop between the two despite having a back button and it makes little sense when you plot it on the flow chart of app functions when considering the main purpose of the app is to check the time of bus arrivals at bus stops and to use it for a Daily commute, people use google maps to find mrt stations as it’s easier.
