Poor Customer Experience
I get there’s a push for digital services but it’s not ok when there is no option for customers (who are members) but to use the “valueclub” app for payment. Point to know is I only found out about this requirement while I was at the counter about to make payment. Such poor customer experience.
Terrible customer experience
Tell me at the counter that I cannot get the membership discount without the app. Had to download the app on the spot, couldn’t log in with the default password because it was ‘invalid’. Guy at the counter blamed it on me, said I have to remember my password. Ended up giving up and paying because I was only going to get 0.20 off anyway. Whoever in corporate who makes us use this app because you paid to develop it, please stop. We pay good money for the membership, don’t reward us with more inconvenience!
Provides real time online stock check
It assist the staff and customers to find product availability at the nearest branch. Remember it is always while stock last at the store. Some customers came back to the store to ask for the same product but it was sold out.
