Love doing this every morning I’m not sore. I like that you can save how many reps you did each day on each workout and compare results. Have not used music feature but nice that you can add or not. Also nice that it has an explanation before each workout and an animation doing it with you. Love love that there is a rest between each workout that you can control the length of since I do a stretch between each rep. It’s perfect for my controlling type A personality lol.Each workout session is short like 5 different ab workouts so I do sometimes several days in one without being overwhelmed by dreading one super long combination. And the monthly price of a few bucks is super reasonable!Thanks for creating it :)

Very easy to follow the pace and to do the exercises once you’ve been explained how to do them properly instead of watching someone else do them and not say anything helpful for a newbie, also I like free things, so the fact that you can use it without having to pay a cent is awesome, so good I’m even thinking about getting the premium.

I needed a quick way to get on track. I don’t like to work abdominal muscles so the easy to use and tracking system help simplify my life. This app has helped me simplify my life and find time for a QUICK ab workout. I recommend it!
