The app will no longer let me use it and give me an error message that says I must “upgrade”(I assume they mean update) it but there is no way to update. I have the lastest iOS and my phone is compatible. Very frustrating.

My account was “terminated” with no reason as to why. I am a college student and this was my primary job. You have disconnected me with job offers and families I was currently speaking with. I deserve to know what happened as your list of examples did not apply to me at all. Do one quick swipe through the iTunes Store reviews, or you customer service reviews on google. I am not the only one who this has happened to, as plenty of your reviewers seem to have the exact same issue and have had no response as to why. I will be continuing to attempt contact until I am met with some sort of an explanation. This is so disrespectful, inconvenient and unprofessional of a company.

Freshly downloaded the current version from Apple Store - on first launch it alerts that an Update is required (odd… I just downloaded it…). Update sends me back to store which confirms I have latest release and only gives me Open option…. Which sends me back to app which wants to update so back to store…. So completely broken, can’t use. If I could determine a way to harness the energy the infinite loop could power cities with its perpetual motion cycle.iOS is most current version

I used this app to book backup care when my kids school was closed. It was much easier than having to arrange something on my own, and the nanny that came to our house was really nice and professional.
