Visited Xcaret for a day with my husband. We had a marvelous visit. We purchased the photo package as well as the under the sea experience. It was amazing walking the seaboard, the divers guiding us were excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable. The picture package was fun. All the camera were in the best most scenic locations and it helped to get lovely pictures. The buffet was OK but would prefer the ala cart option. It’s great for big families with children as there was a variety of foods to choose from. The night show was spectacular. Such a rich history portrayed in a colorful and enjoyable atmosphere. My suggestion for the show would be to possibly not be so long. Some of the dances from different regions could be scattered during the day in certain locations of the park. After spending the entire day in the sun and enjoying all the park has to offer a 2 hour show could be too much especially for small children who probably don’t understand the history and evolution of Mexican culture. Overall this is a must experience for the entire family. Would certainly visit again.

I went on January 3rd to Xplor park. Purchase a picture package that they offer by showing you really good quality videos. They said it would be available the next day and only some pictures were NOT the “360” videos. It took them until January 11 to respond back to me sending links that didn't show the videos still. When I finally got my video I am so surprised to see the BAD quality of the video. In the videos the image is repeated on both sides. That is not "360".And at the bottom it's all distorted. My face, arms, everything. That is called FALSE ADVERTISING. Show something and not sell it. I repeat again, This video is not like the one shown as an example and I would like my money back. We are not at all happy with the product. Apart from the problems that we have already had from the beginning, not being able to access the videos and having to wait 8 days after our visit to get a response from you. I have now requested a refund over email and have been ignored .

My family and I come from New York City. We came to XCARET on vacation. It is very beautiful and very well maintained. They are super very clean and using all precautions and prevention of Corona Virus. They require masks all the time except when eating there delicious buffet food.They enforce and offer you Gel sanitizer everywhere also social distancing is all over the park. Everyone is compliant and staff is very nice! Excellent park. The show are worth every dollar spent and more. They are professional and spectacular. The buffet is fresh and delicious. We swam with the dolphins and it was a remarkable experience that we shall never forget. Thank you XCARET! For making my family happy during these COVID-19 times!

We visited several world renowned parks over the years and Xcaret is one of the best ones as far as customer experience, quality of food and the shows are fantastic, the staff is top notch and polite in the restaurants, with all this I have a few suggestions for the park.1. Have more accessible prices for national tourist, everything is priced for foreign tourists and that leaves out most of the nationals to enjoy the experience 2. I asked a worker if they could afford to visit the park as a guest and they said they cannot3. They could improve a little bit more on the parking signs to make it more clear where to go and where did you leave your car3. Prices for souvenirs are really high even for foreign tourists, and the quality of items is not a match for the prices4. On the last show of the day at 7 pm could use some fans to circle the air, specially when there is a lot of people on the same area, it feels a little suffocated specially with the humidity5. The bathroom doors are tiny for us taller people, I could almost peak my head over it while seating on the toilet, not a very private session I must say
