The notification tone is extremely short and quiet—and unfortunately, there’s no option to customize it or use a louder/purchased ringtone.This is a serious concern, especially for night shift workers or when you’re on call. In healthcare, missing a message isn’t just inconvenient—it can be dangerous.Please consider adding customizable, longer, and louder alert tones. Until then, it’s not reliable enough for overnight coverage.
