We're unable to look up user information via App Store reviews so we'll be unable to pass this feedback on to them, but I encourage you to do so if possible.2. We would love to provide a deeper integration with EngagedMD, but as Salve and EMD are two separate companies a full integration is complex. But in our current integration, Salve performs a "handshake" with EMD allowing you to access your EMD account seamlessly without needing to enter separate login details. Prior to the integration, patients needed to access EMD via a browser with separate login credentials from Salve. We hope to improve this integration over time, but we believe its current functionality is still a significant patient experience improvement and have received lots of positive feedback on it so far.3. We 100% agree with this feedback and have several messaging improvements planned for this year, including: search, subject lines, archiving, group chat, and getting messaging into our patient web portal. I realise this doesn't help you in the immediate, but these improvements are high on our list!4. On your home screen, you should be able to pull down on the appointment timeline to load your past appointments. If that's not the case, please send us an email at hello@salveapp.co.uk so that we can look into this for you. Appointment booking is not currently a feature of Salve, but you can book appointments with your clinic by sending them a message :)

While Salve is used as part of your clinic’s care pathway, we understand it can be challenging if the platform doesn’t meet your expectations.On patient privacy: we updated our US data policy and End User Licence Agreement in August 2024 following user feedback. Since then, we’ve had minimal concerns raised, but we’d really like to understand your perspective. Subject lines are something we’ll be introducing to Salve later this year, as well as other inbox organisation improvements, and we’re excited to release them as soon as we can.To address your other points, there are some inaccuracies we would like to clarify: -There is a web version of Salve through which you can upload documents. This can be accessed by going to patientwebportal.salvehealth.com and logging in with your existing account details. -We do not sell patient data ever. This is clearly outlined in both our End User Licence Agreement and our Data Policy, which users read and agree to when creating an account. Salve is fully HIPAA compliant and we only access your health data – with your consent – to provide a service, including: surfacing appointment and medication schedules & reminders, document transfer between you and your clinic, EngagedMD integration for treatment consenting where applicable, lab results to keep you informed of your tests, telehealth appointments and messaging between you and your clinic, and facilitating medical history forms so that your clinic can make the most informed treatment decisions. Our revenue comes from the clinics who pay us to provide these services. Again, to reiterate, we have never sold data to third parties and never will. It is not part of our business model.
