I am having the same problem as LaceyB. Ever since the last update, I no longer receive notifications from the app, specifically alerting me when my shift time is up. I now have to set a separate timer for my shifts so I remember to clock out. It has made a very useful app extremely annoying.Every time I open the app, it asks me to enable notifications, which I do, but it flashes and takes me back to the log in screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 20 times and it still doesn’t work. It’s frustrating.

The only reason it won’t let me clock in sometimes is because of Apple security updates on the software iOS 18 it requires you to change your iCloud password multiple times. Because the application is in the App Store it could take an hour or two by the time you get it downloaded and you have to wait until after 8 AM so if you’re supposed to be clocking in at five or 6 AM, you’re gonna lose a couple hours of work you might even lose that whole day or whole couple of days especially if it’s around a holiday. There’s no way to fix this because it has to do with the Apple phone. The app itself is working smoothly. The only reason I uninstalled the app was because the face of the app was all white and I couldn’t clock in. When I went to login on the other device that I had, the password information was missing because of iCloud shutting down the family devices due to a security breach.

Just started to use this app a month ago. Every time I login into app there is a subtle flash as if someone is taking my picture. It makes me depressed and anxious, and I keep thinking who and where harvests these images of me and what are the purposes of taking my pictures? And I constantly think about my looks, make sure that I have enough clothing of my body and headscarf before logging into gt app. It is a sickening level of control causing panic attacks for me. I would imagine the gps location could be enough to control. The person who came up with this idea definitely has a peculiar mind. I hope this is to become a legal challenge one day. Also, nowhere in introductory information did I find a mention of get app secretly taking pictures. I am also surprised that gt portal is not user friendly. I still cannot find my paystabs.Disappointing!

This app has been nothing but problems since it was launched. For me personally when you have several clients it’s a nightmare. And currently haven’t been able to use my app for 4/5 days and time is due and I get a call with more excuses for why it won’t work. Just fix it or get rid of it, I’m almost certain a address missing for a client I’ve had for years (which would only be missing on the account of GT) wasn’t the cause of my app glitching for one and two GT still tells me he’s my boss when he’s a minor and say you were unaware of that each and every time . Problem is GT is never onboard with each other everyone always says something different and this app simply does not work it fails for me at least once a month, and currently I have been calling for a YEAR STRAIGHT abt other issues that still haven’t been fixed I just get more and more excuses.
