They illegally jail break your causing all types of soft ware issues you do not get unlimited wifi All reps are over seas with no respect I was called the N-word and hung up on twice when their SIM card was stuck SOS your are a criminal against US if you use the hacking company they move your location ping wen it comes to towers so in the U.S you are look suspicious smh they never want to give refunds even though one month I only have service twice due to them “ moving my location around” plus so many brand companies have a better pre paid plan if you. Don’t like agreements use them like they use you to jail break your phone and head over to straight real humans in USA and better service Now I have unlimited high speed data for only $55 vs their 20GB of high speed data for $65- I hate this company and how rude and care free employees are they laugh in your face if they are ready to go they will drop the call most companies ask for a good number incase the call drop but not this one because the drop it on purpose they are not here to help but to take US money we are funding. A scamming company over seas stop and I remember the eveil rep name who tried make a withdrawal from my bank at a freaking restaurant (ERIC) stop supporting the trash can of a company.

Customer service is nonexistent. I spent over FOUR HOURS trying to reach someone through the app—nobody ever responded. Tried calling? Good luck. The PIN they give you won’t work. Nothing functions. It’s like a fake company pretending to offer real service.This is not just bad business—it feels criminal. Gen Mobile preys on vulnerable, low-income people who can’t fight back. That’s why they get away with it. They know most customers don’t have the time, money, or legal support to hold them accountable. If this company tried pulling this scam on people with resources, they’d be buried in lawsuits by now.The five-star reviews are 100% fake. Nobody in their right mind could honestly praise this company. Those reviews are either bots, paid shills, or employees pretending to be customers. I've had your service for 7 mos and for 5 of those months I've been without my 11G of Data!!When calling customer support multiple times they ran me through the same reset network each and every time and when I told them I've already done this multiple times with no change and continued to have 0 data, they then told me each time that a technician would be calling me within 48 hours. After the first 2 times of getting no call at all and even going to the extent of calling back any numbers I didn't recognize only to have none of them being from Gen are! I continued to try to get help with my issue but still haven't recieved a return call from technical support and still without any data, I'm left to search for a different lifeline company that cares about their customers!This is just not right of any company!!
