Had to call tech support for slow speed. Agent had me download this and it ran a test. I gave her the code and she was able to see that my neighbor was connected to my network causing me to lose some of my speed. Who knows how long I would have been on the phone without this.

My WiFi has been giving me a lot of issues lately. When I called CincinnatiBell, the agent had me download this app, and it ran a scan. There was no login requirements or information I had to input. It didn’t take too long, and when it was done- It gave me a code to provide to the agent. Immediately she was able to tell me details about my router. She told me what all was connected, what has bad signal and what has good signal, and most importantly, they were able to tell me that my router had a frequency that was being used by my neighbor. She changed it on her side, and everything is working amazingly since!
