Clinical Trac is built to simplify processes and manage the significant areas of your clinical program, including collecting and analyzing data on inter-rater reliability, clocking in and out, procedures, check-offs, physician and preceptor interactions, student and clinical evaluations, accreditation reporting and survey data, and much more.
In addition the system also provides a centralized area to manage and share clinical documents, a collaborative appointment scheduler to create daily, weekly, monthly and semester-long schedules for clinical affiliates, faculty, and students, along with other supportive features to make the transition back and forth from college to clinical sites seamless and efficient.
This app is helpful in clocking in, but lacks the ability to save our login information. Everything time I log in I have to enter all my information again. Please add a feature that will save our information. It will help save a lot of time.

So many glitches. When using it to clock in it can display the wrong place even with geolocation on. When entering PEF’s, sometimes it doesn’t save it fully or even at all or adds it in multiple times. Our school uses it and we literally do 3 times the work just backing up the data on paper so why do we even use this app? Yes it ideally would save everything in one place but it’s always having issues. Waste of time and money.

This App is very useful in tracking my clinical time with the Clock In/Out feature, along with the ability to include my absences using the time exception.The updated UI to display Checkoffs, Dr Interactions, Incidents and all Evaluations are nice. I would like to see an update to include vocabulary references.
