There are many apartments in the little town I live in I got this app because I have two of them are the most difficult and frustrating to deliver to and the customers do not give any information about how to find their building or their apartment even when you call them and beg them to please help me to locate where you are because your food is getting cold and I have more food to deliver after I find your apartment!Unfortunately there’s one apartment complex is so confusing that Beans cannot even help me find apartments in this complex!

I use this app for Door Dash and Uber eats orders. It has saved me time in locating apartment buildings and unit numbers. When I first started Door dashing, apartments were the worst. Getting lost at night, being late, and getting frustrated. I thought that someone must have an app to fix this issue. Sure enough, a week into delivery driving I found this app. I have been using it for many months and 100’s of deliveries later. Definitely worth the $1 or so a week in time saving and peace of mind. I would highly recommend this app to any dasher or delivery driver. I live in a fairly large city and it works well. Out of the 30-40 apartment complexes I have delivered too, only like one was incorrect. I’m a delivery driver and every time I look up an apartment on this app, the map is either not available or the apartment location is completely wrong. The only time it’s helped a bit is when it gave me a GENERAL AREA of a specific apartment . Every other time, it’s guided me to the wrong place, causing me to actually lose time and money instead of saving it. The map UI is pretty bad too. The blue dot indicating your current location is always covered up and hidden behind other icons. Also, the search results list has an infuriating habit of changing itself right before I tap on the address I need, making me have to back out and type in the address again, hoping the selection I’m trying to make doesn’t suddenly change itself right before I tap it.Edit: Taking this down to 1-star because they’ve now locked the entire app behind a paywall.

I love the concept of this app. I’m a delivery driver in a college town and there’s more apartment complexes than I can count. I thought this would make it easier for me to find the building I need to deliver to (especially for places with buildings A-HH and no map) but I’ve been severely disappointed. Most of the apartment complexes I’ve been to after entering in the address into the app don’t give me an option to enter the apartment building and just send me to the leasing office. Other times it lets me enter in the building but then send me to building EE when I needed to go to building A. Until they start letting the users fix wrong locations and add in building locations this app will be a fail. I’ve only had one time where this app helped beyond Apple Maps use for the months I’ve been using this app.
