For anyone and everyone who is just juggling too many things in life. I myself have trouble remembering to order my refills more times than I can count. To be able to just click into the APP and without having to make any phone calls or type in prescription #’s just view and request refills on your medications is incredibly useful. Create a profile and add a new prescription to the app by scanning the label with your phone or tablet, then when you need it filled it’s just a click of a button away. You can check on the status of your refills and apply Auto Refill to certain ones if you wish.

This app is great when it works. I can check the status of my meds without having to call the pharmacy. They are busy over there so calling just to pull them away from what they’re doing to get on the computer to tell me which meds are on deck and which of my meds are ready is a hassle. With this app I can just log on and wait until all of my meds are ready to go is awesome. The problem is that every 2 weeks I go to open the app and it’s not working, not available or having problems with the server. You can’t get in sometimes for 3-4 days. Then it randomly works again. Constantly shut down. Especially annoying when I really need to get on the app and set a time to pick up my meds and I’m not able to see where the pharmacy is at on their end.

The Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians are great! They are all friendly, knowledgeable and polite!!! This year has been crazy with medication shortages and people switching Pharmacies due to no staffing. I ended up at Stop & Shop because where I live we lost all the Pharmasists at the same time. They welcomed me here. Again they are ALWAYS helpful and polite even when phone is ringing non stop and there are lines. When it’s your turn their focus is COMPLETELY on you! Having done this job for years I know that isn’t always the case. I highly recommend Stop& Shop Pharmacy in Northampton!

When I look at the list of medication’s under Refills from Account & History, it’s bloated with obsolete entries, making trying to find what I want to mark for a refill a little difficult. While on one hand, I do like a historical archive list, for a list where I’m trying to select what to refill, it would be very helpful if a provision was made with some means of house cleaning where I could remove the obsolete entries. Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could include just one tiny bit of extra information in a medication’s entry under the “View Details” info…. that info being the “quantity” (the quantity of the medication, e.g. # of pills). It would help me understand why a refill can’t be done and when a refill could be made.Thanks
