As an ex NFL player I had constantly been in the gym getting stronger to avoid injury. As I got older even going to the gym 5/6 days a week cannot eliminate the long term effects of injuries from 20 years ago. The staff at Select therapy are experts at evaluating the old injuries and establishing a work out to strengthen areas that were injured while tackling 250 lbs. running backs in the NFL.My personal therapist, Amy Hayes evaluated the various injuries I have and assigned exercises to improve my flexibility, strength and routine to improve my lifestyle and activities for years to come.The entire staff, hired and assembled by Peter Morris is professional, fun and enthusiastic to help with some painful recovery.I’ve just completed my therapy program and feel confident in the new exercises I’ve learned and will continue to use for the test of my life.

I’m not sure what happened, I don’t recall an update. Im not sure why the app has such high ratings; it is helpful, but leaves a lot to be desired and really should include more usability improvements before being rated 5 stars. Select & my PT have been amazing, she updates my exercises in the app as she adjusts them at my visits. The videos are great! Just having an app to remind you of what exercises and in what order your PT suggests them done in is wonderful. However, previously you could check-off ☑️ exercises or they would automatically after they’d play. It didn’t work 100% of the time, but it did occur, so I know the possibility is there. There’s a goal setting, but absolutely no tracking to know if you reach it or not. So it’s not motivating nor does it provide accountability. Having the option to set a reminder would then be useful as well. I’ve also had a notification badge stuck on my app for months now, with no notifications or messages in the app. It’s definitely time for an update, and I’ll happily update my review and rating accordingly.

I am so happy that pounding excruciating pain is no longer my daily cross. I have layers of healing yet to go with a shoulder injury but only after 7 sessions I no longer have pain where I couldn’t sleep at night nor constant daily pain where it was hard to concentrate on anything . I am so thrilled with the excellent care and recuperation that I am receiving from my 6 time treater Rachel and one time treater Peggy ! Both fabulous!

It was hard enough just to sign in for the first time —you better not need to look in your notes, etc., because everything will clear when you even act like you are going to another app. I was able to log in online and therefore create my credentials and then use those to log in on the app. Face ID will never work and says I have invalid credentials. Yesterday I was able to check off my exercises one by one as completed. Today, it’s kicked me out of the app multiple times, then each time I clicked Start Exercises, it would seemingly do nothing, but if I tried to mark one complete, it just took me to the instructional video. Once I closed the app and logged back in, it then showed all my exercises marked as done for today (even though I was not able to mark a single one on my own). It would be a good app if it didn’t have so many glitchy problems.
