Changes In this update to the Smart Home Collection app, we have re-designed the App to easily operate or personalise the daily routine of your shades; By introducing “Tiles” Go to our website for videos and more as there is too much to add here. Operation of Tiles Simply touch the tile and the shade will move; If the tile is open the shade will close or if the tile is closed it will open. If the shade is not moving in the intended direction, touching the tile again the shade will move in the opposite direction. We have also introduced smart prediction, and this means if the shade is not open or closed, by touching the tile the shade will move open or close based on the time of the day. A long press on the tiles will allow additional functions or double tapping a tile while it’s moving will stop the shade room or scene. Tiles also include haptic feedback so you know if you have opened or closed the shade. Bi-directional feedback White tiles indicate the shade is open or partially open and a grey tile indicated the tile is closed. Shade Health We have also introduced shade health and which lets you see all the shades on one screen in terms of signal strength and battery percentage. Shade tiles also include health and a red indicator means the battery is below 30% or the signal strength is poor Scenes Timers and Rooms Every screen has been redesigned with a fresh new look including a new way to do everything that is so intuitive you have to try it. In this update we have focused on an improved hub pairing experience, making it even easier to pair your iOS device with the Smart Home Collection Hub. Another major improvement is there are 3 dedicated help sections to help you through some common issues that may occur, with hub pairing for problematic networks as well as what to do if your shade is offline or out of range. Other improvements: Shade Signal Strength is now in 4 levels with color-coded text rather than icons. New Battery icons with 4 Battery levels instead of 3. Device Screen update: Shade size is now more proportional to your screen. Dynamic help pop up for specific issues that relate to your system. Pair shade prompt immediately after pairing a Hub.
