This is my first time using a service like this so it was a bit nerve racking for me especially due to the fact that I had so much laundry to get done because my dryer broke. I have to say from the moment “Liz” arrived to pick up 12 bags of laundry to the moment I was happily woken up to my Ring cameras notifying me that all my laundry was being delivered to my home LESS than 24 hours later by “Seth” (which by the way, all my laundry was nicely folded and placed in clean clear bags and the moment I reached for a bag I could see & smell how clean they are…the smell of my clothes being Downy fresh, well that just started my day off in such a wonderful way! Thank you Thank you THANK YOU Happy Nest!I simply can’t say enough positive things about how “Kelsey” in customer service made all my worries disappear while she happily explained how easy it is to use this service and how they listen and follow all of my instructions. She was patient with me as she answered all my questions, she even made me laugh a couple of times. Thank you Kelsey for helping to convince me Happy Nest would take care of all my laundry needs. Last but not least, a big shout out to the people who washed and folded all my families clothes. Your work is impeccable and deeply appreciated. The Kindred family will definitely be continuing to use Happy Nest laundry service especially after they’ve helped our spirits soar with how your quick, convenient, easy it was for us to use their service! Can I just say, we absolutely love the smell of downy freshness coming from all our closets! It’s such a great way to start the day! I have used this laundry service twice so far. They really came in handy when I was pregnant and everything was piling up and couldn’t handle it myself. The notifications from the app and via text are helpful. Letting you know when the driver is own route, laundry picked up and dropped off. They even take pictures as proof. Pick up is in the morning from my experiences and drop-off is literally the next day. 24hr service. My laundry comes back packed, folded tight and smelling good! The price is pretty fair too. I had 6 bags, 4 of them pretty full. Average around 25$ per bag. Either way I’m satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend.

My first appointment was good. They came and picked up everything. I received my stuff back. Clean beautiful smelling amazing second appointment again it was great third appointment. I am at work. I get a call from them. Of course I can’t take it, because like I said, I’m at work I get a voicemail from someone saying they’re at my house and they did not see my stuff so they left. I have a ring doorbell and I have the blue bag directly in sight of it. No one ever showed up at my house . I live on the second floor of apartments my camera faces anybody coming up the steps, not a single person, came up the steps and towards my doorway that did not live on the second floor. The next day they charge me $10 even know they never picked up the stuff saying it was never there. They talk to my property management and they showed me where my apartment was but there was no bag in sight. Again all day in front of a ring camera no one showed up. And I needed some stuff washed for two days later so I had to go at 10 PM to a laundromat to make sure I would have the clothes ready for my son. I was furious I had proof they never showed up bag was there all day and yet they still charge me $10 and saying it was my fault it was never there. After having that experience, I deleted the account and uninstalled the app. Now, one month later, I get a call saying someone from happy nest is at my apartment pick up my laundry. I told them I canceled my account last month. So on my lunch break I have my phone and what do you know, they charged my account $10. I have tried and tried to contact customer service it will not go through.

My delivery was due on Saturday. I’d receive no notifications from HAPPY NEST from anyone all day long up until 8 PM Saturday that is not acceptable. Someone should have known. I was told that there was an emergency with a driver here in Sacramento. Well, that was not my problem, but it became a problem when it made me wait all day long for someone that was not coming. HAPPY NEST needs to have a better plan in place connecting from the East Coast to the West Coast about their drivers and situations they had no B plan in place at all. There was a lot of people that did not get their deliveries here in Sacramento yesterday happiness needs to do better someone and management needs to look into bringing a connection between the coast east and west in case something happens like this ever again. This is why my rating is very low concerning this company because my time is precious, and I’ve could’ve been taken care of some things yesterday and I had no way of knowing if my stuff was going to come and what time because of the lack of communications.
