Difficult to do simple login or change password.

This app is a sham. Coupons and savings from the app will not work in the stores and when you show the cashier the deal and discount you should be receiving she will call Wanda over to look at it, verify it, then Wanda will respond with— we’re not directly connected with the app, it’s a 3rd party, so you will have to call corporate and maybe they can help you. Shop somewhere else.

The app started off really good. I was able to clip coupons, scan the products and get the money added to my wallet without any problems. However the past couple months things have gone downhill. When scanning an item, it takes about 4 tries before I get a message that says it matches. I also never used to have a problem getting credit for everything I purchased with the coupons, but now I only get credit for about 60% or so. I tried emailing customer service on my missing credits, but never got a response. I’m just going to stop using it. It’s more of a hassle than what it’s worth.
