Worthless, don't bother downloading, it won't open.

The app will not open. The app prior to this one does at least open but no account info comes up, only the home page to add more services. the app times out while the wait wheel spins with no results. Cannot check balance or past bills/statements or check if payments are received. It is rare if Brightspeed even sends a paper bill sporadically when asked to start sending paper since their app fails to work. Found this newer version to download and the app will not recognize my user name/email address. No wonder the FCC is doing away with landlines or any communication type that requires a wire with a copper center. Brightspeed seems uninterested in helping their customers. Like pulling teeth to get to a live agent.

They are thieves

They charged me $100 service fee when nobody came out to fix it. I fixed it myself. Then when that happened, I canceled my auto pay beginning of March but then they charged me three times for the month of March. And then took another $103 charged to my credit card which should not have happened because they did not have permission. I got the runaround today.
They charged me $253 for the month of March and already started processing another payment. I’m on a fixed income and they messed my world up. Do not trust Brightspeed it’s not worth the hassle and the thievery.

Scamming

I made a payment on the July 2, 2024 due to my service being disconnected on June 13, 2024 and when I made the payment from the previous month when my service was disconnected here comes July 13, 2024 and they wanted me to make another payment when i made a payment before not giving the full 30 or 31 days in the month. When you contact customer service they give you a bad attitude rude won't let you speak to supervisor/ manager to get this resolved in a timely manner then they go to disconnect from the call
