so people if you have trouble with the payments on your credit card or debit card there is a few ways to do this. Lock your card after a payment or get like a cash app card for bills then put that certain amount of money on that card. and pay your bills then after you pay your bills, lock your card until you ready to pay again that easy that’s simple👍😊...

I’ve never seen a worst app or have ever had to use a worse app or company for that matter as I have with this company here and I use the term loosely. They’re all just a company of thieves rallied around together and formed the name of Brightspeed. Get this, I can’t even get into my account for over a year, but they sure can find me a Bill time. They’ve never missed a billing me… Ever. Now they send me a email saying that I could open a new account because I can’t get into my old one… Do I look stupid? If I fill out a new account, my Internet will go sky high. I want to mount that it is right now which is low, but I don’t get anything for it either this is the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to deal with and all of my 68 years old life on earth. RUN, don’t walk away from this company. They’re all located outside the country and if their computer says that you have Internet, they’re not gonna do a dang thing for you. It’s up to their computers, whether you have Internet or not or whether you can get a repair man or not nobody ever checks it physically not a human oh Lord no not a human but a machine. Need I say more or do you understand what I’m getting at now when I say RUN???

I have been a loyal customer of Dullspeed for over two years. They only offered 40mbps of DIAL-UP. For a service that has been outdated for over 20 years, it was not bad. In October, my internet service was down. I was being told that I needed to update my payment information; which, I did several times. I grew tired of dealing with Brightspeed. I contacted their competitor and they offered to run a fiber optic cable 1/4 mile to my house and offered 1000mbps. I jumped on the offer. Brightspeed NEVER gave me that option and NEVER will. Finally, after nearly two months, I was given a reason for why I did not have internet. They dropped the 40mbps and only offered 15mbps of DIAL-UP. 15mbps of DIAL-UP was what I had in 1998. There was no reason for me to continue using Dullspeed because 15mbps of DIAL-UP would not be worth the money and not be enough to satisfy 3 teenage boys who enjoy playing online video games.

The app will not open. The app prior to this one does at least open but no account info comes up, only the home page to add more services. the app times out while the wait wheel spins with no results. Cannot check balance or past bills/statements or check if payments are received. It is rare if Brightspeed even sends a paper bill sporadically when asked to start sending paper since their app fails to work. Found this newer version to download and the app will not recognize my user name/email address. No wonder the FCC is doing away with landlines or any communication type that requires a wire with a copper center. Brightspeed seems uninterested in helping their customers. Like pulling teeth to get to a live agent.
