This app is basically useless and lacks all of the options that the website allows on your online account. This app has no option at all to communicate/send/receive messages to/from your Dr and staff.All this app can do is show you your appointments, forms and allow submitting additional forms or patient related info updates.I had questions to send to my Drs office so I had to use the web address rather than this app.The designers of this app need to update is seriously to align with what the online website offer upon you logging in to your account.Right now, I do not plan to use this app and will most likely delete it until it is updated. It has nothing to offer over just logging into your account using the web address.

I was expecting the app to be at least somewhat equivalent to the website, but it literally just lists your appointments and balance due and lets you view your reference documents. Also, once you select a provider, there’s no way to return to the Home Screen. It needs radical development - then it could be useful. AMENDMENT- I now see that you can pay your bills and that IS a useful tool.

I had downloaded this in 2021 and deleted it for some reason. A new facility I just visited also uses this app so I downloaded it again, but I can’t seem to log into it. I can log into the website but not the app with the exact same credentials!! Stuff like this is infuriating especially when I can’t find a resource to assist me. I can’t view any documents either, even though I’ve turned off my pop up blocker!! Arrrrrgh!!!!

A specialist I am being treated by is using myPatientVisit. I wanted to read the report from my recent visit. After downloading the app I signed in. The only thing I could see was the date and time of my next appointment. The drop down menu offered to allow me to complete forms but I’ve already done that. Generally I don’t like patient portals, this is the worst I’ve used. I’m deleting this garbage.
