This is hands down the most glitchy, bug filled app I have ever had to use.

I cannot believe the functionality of this in 2025. It is nearly impossible to smoothly schedule an appointment without some error popping up and forcing you to restart the entire process. I’ve had to go without medication multiple times due to issues from this app. I am writing this after an hour of trying to schedule an appointment and calling to schedule isn’t even an option with the provider. Unbelievable.Update - I have missed yet another appointment due to this app after walking through every single troubleshooting step with Customer Care. Is anything going to be done to fix this app?!

Data Watcher Too
I’ve never had a healthcare app this bad. Every time I hit “Claims” it tells me “Something went wrong. Please try again”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times-even shutting down my phone prior to reinstalling it. The only way I can get to my claims is by clicking on the link to take me to the website and then it takes forever to load.

No matter how many times I’ve updated my phone, the app never works. It’s so frustrating. It freezes, or constantly logs me out, or just doesn’t load information. It’s half the reason I procrastinate making necessary appointments because I don’t have easy access to information that I need. I’m busy and don’t have time to wait for an app to work, so I end up giving up and moving onto my next task of the day.

Ethical shopper
Doesn’t work half the time but when it does it’s really convenient. I always have issues with the virtual care which is a shame because then it makes me have to go into the doctor anyway. You’d think with how much they get paid that they could have a functional app.
