Incredible Customer Support

A few months ago I wrote in requesting a feature to help track your mileage against your lease mileage limit and to help understand why your overage charges would be at the end of the lease term. Lo and behold, after the next app update came out this precise feature was added. Seeing the feature that I described and requested brought to life was an amazing experience and this feature is every bit as helpful as I had hoped.

SECOND REVIEW GARBAGE APP

This is my second review as I am not able to comment after the developer responded to my original review. The FordPass app and the Ford Credit app are absolutely garbage. My original review described how the Ford Credit app does not allow me to make lease payments and I’m getting an error message saying that they do not accept commercial customers. The developer responded to say that the app doesn’t support commercial customers and I must use the account manager on their website. You’ve gotta be kidding me! Do these people even read the reviews? Obviously not!!! I AM NOT A COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER, THATS THE POINT. After getting a response to my original review four months after it was left, with absolutely no help, and a complete lack of reading comprehension on behalf of the developer, I don’t expect much from this second review. The fact that I’m not able to make a lease payment on the Ford Credit app, every single day now CarPlay does not work in the vehicle and must do a soft reset, and my phone rarely works as a key are the reasons I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be getting another Ford when my lease is up. It’s 2025 FORD, fix your garbage tech and hire people that know how to read.

I left a review based on my experience over the years. Every time I need to make a payment I have to go thru an authentication process where they have to send a pin via email. This always takes several minutes to complete then I can pay. Why is this? I asked. The DEVELOPER is now sending me about 5-6 emails everyday saying how I should reach out to fix. Next day they send 5 more emails. I have several bill pay apps I use. The ford credit app is by far the worst. Every time I go to pay my bill its a 10-15 minute process. Shouldn’t the app make it easier?Im planning to go back to sending ford a check. Thats how frustrating they are. AGAIN- FORD CREDIT APP DEVELOPERS ARE NOW FLOODING MY EMAIL DAILY WITH THE SAME EMAIL OVER AND OVER

To make the login process instant, turn on Biometric Sign-on from the Settings menu within the app so you no longer have to retrieve the PIN from your email. In regard to the developer emails that you have been receiving, please contact us with more details at 1-800-727-7000 so we take a better look.

Instead of having to bust out my 15 year old mainframe to go on the internet, there truely is “an for for that”. I change pay my loan every month and have a handy dashboard to view the status of my purchase. Truly recommend!
