This is a great app! It’s very helpful when looking for coverage for a shift! The only thing I would change is that some employees change positions in the middle of their shift. For instance if the employee starts out in drive thru then changes to grill you don’t see that change in the app. So if someone says they are interested in the shift & they aren’t trained in grill then you are still short a grill person. Otherwise a super useful app!

This app would be even more excellent if it would allow me to put it as a widget on my phone for my new iPhone because it makes it more convenient. I think it would be if they would add widgets and be able to send you notifications on like what time you work, or I’ll let you know they OAU work in 30 minutes or an hour. I’ll tell you like a couple of minutes before or a day before like you work tomorrow that would be an excellent future to add also would be another pleasant future if they would add where you could put it as a widget on your screen so like if you ever need to look quick and see oh I work tomorrow or just let you know when you work, that would be even a more excellent future to have on the app so it can be more accessible and more able to use it in the convenience of having widgets on the screen would even be more helpful because it would allow me to be able to look at the time when I work and get notifications of what time at work and moon and what I’m doing. I think they should add that though which is should be said if I had it soon hopefully

I have been trying to get this app to work for a couple weeks now. I have contacted support through the app and nothing they suggest is working. My company is use of this app for work and none of the messages load until days later. My entire store is having the same issue. I will update this review if the bugs are fixed.Update:After being in contact with support for about 3.5 weeks they opened an investigation with my store. They were able to fix the issues we were having and no our messages load as they come. The layout of the app is still a bit confusing but we are getting used to it. Thank you.

My app has been utterly refusing to open. I haven’t been able to access anything or even see the messages my team members have posted. I’ve deleted and redownloaded, restarted my phone, turned it off/on again, everything I can think of. It won’t go past the “user error - check your parameters and/or request body” screen and doesn’t give me any other information. I am so intensely frustrated as I’ve been sick today and just wanted to call out. I haven’t been able to contact anyone from my store or anyone who I can speak to about calling out. Please fix this!!Update: It fixed itself for a week or so but now it’s stuck on the white loading screen. This is possibly the worst app I’ve ever used for work.
