Hi, I’m a high school student who uses this app for my lifting class. When I am using it since sometimes the data here is not good it is hard to continue and log my workouts. Overall I think that this is a good workout app because it is assigned by an instructor and the app tracks your progress. After using this this past 2 weeks I think that you should use this if you are a high school athlete but not if you are trying to do this in your own because it requires a trainer to do these workouts. I think that this app was very easy and effective to use because it left me feeling accomplished but with enough energy to do my homework. Also it was short and left me time to go run and do something else on my own for a little while to challenge myself more. Sadly, this app does not download on the Apple Watch but it still is pretty good to use on your phone.

The latest update is not good. Workouts take forever to load. Trying to track progress within the app results in a spinner. It’s easier to use the website on my phone compared to the app.Update: The most recent update fixes the issues listed above. Updated my review. Thanks!

RUS1966!!!
When the new app/ design came out ages ago I initially disliked it because it was just more complicated for no reason. Takes up more space on the screen with less color which ultimately just makes it feel less organized and harder to digest what you’re looking at. Also unfortunately I now have to press the workout button instead of just opening the app and already being shown my workout so there’s an extra 0.5 seconds which is just kinda inconvenient. I get that you can’t keep old things up and running for forever but man it was just so much better.

- Fixes offline mode issue causing navigation back to current date - Session breaks set to be in the expanded state should now display properly - Adds "Mark Session Complete" option to a started program - OS Schedule now shows the proper messaging after a successful booking
