Needs to synch with more 3rd party apps

I am loving the functionality of this scale. It makes logging food and tracking macros much easier. I gave this a four rating only because it would be much more useful if it’s synced with more third-party apps. I have a Garmin watch and I can’t sync my food data with my Garmin.

I want to love this app, but have to agree with others that it is poorly executed. It is difficult to get new data from the scale to the app…though it does eventually show up. Getting it to sync with Apple Health is another issue. It worked once for one days weight and body fat percentage, but has not synced since that single time. I e-mailed support explaining that Apple health syncing was enabled but not working. The response was to send instructions on how to set up Apple Health and no further response since reaching out multiple times. Apple health integration is my primary reason for selecting this scale. Until this issue is corrected it is one star from me.

I weigh most every day. Overall, my scale and app work well - and pair reliably. The reading also syncs my weight with some of my other health apps so I don’t have to enter manually. A few things that are really annoying. Some readings are clearly not accurate and need to be retaken - that’s no big deal. Some of these misreads are the product (not uncommon in my limited digital scale experience), and occasionally, they are user error (don’t move while reading is being taken).What’s a big issue is the app doesn’t not allow for session deletion, so these misreads are stuck in the tracking system, poisoning the whole trend. I wish the company would continue to improve its app functions to include this small, but pretty fatal error.

I have yet to get the app to sync to Apple Health (yes, disabling/re-enabling) even deleting and re-installing the app (which causes loss of data). This app is not cloud-based. That means syncing will only work when the scale is awake and the app is open. It also means historical data is not saved anywhere but your phone. The user-experience is sub-par. The data is there, somewhere, but finding it is not easy or intuitive. When you open the app, you just get a single chart. No insights or health awareness. Just raw charted data.Do not confuse the scale reviews with the app reviews. I love the scale. The app is horrid. What good is an amazing scale if you can’t get what you are looking for?I’m always looking for app updates to see if the latest has fixed my issue. All I see are “bug fixes” with the occasional feature, which is not useful.
