Fundamental Tracking Issues

Considering the purpose of the app is largely for tracking, there is much to be desired. The app does not consistently synch with the treadmill, or with Apple Health. It seems that the app must be open for tracking to happen, and still the synch to Apple Health is inconsistent. Perhaps there is no onboard memory on the treadmill, which would create a problem but it’s a big miss. These are bare minimum requirements for such an app.

Regarding control of the treadmill I would very much appreciate incremental steps smaller than 0.5 (e.g. 0.25 if not 0.1).

Hope to hear improvements coming as it impacts the overall experience quality of the product.

Usable but buggy

The app lets you change speeds at .1 mph instead of .5 with the remote which is much appreciated, but if you are for example at 1 and press twice down to .8, the app will often bounce back up to 1 briefly which is confusing. After a couple seconds it will correct but if you go down again while you are at 1 that might not register until it gets corrected but sometimes it seems like it does so you have to go slow and wait for it to update or it can be confusing. I understand a delay for the pad to recognize the app speed but the bounce backs makes no sense. Also text appears on the plus saying hold for increase but on the minus it also says hold for increase… it should say decrease. And as others have mentioned, tracking steps and transferring to Apple seems to not work well. I would love if there was a way to either change the amount of mph the remote changes at a time or add another button that changes by just 1 mph so I didn’t have to use this app. All the ideas are there, it just needs to work.

Good app, but a bit buggy

I really like how I can control my walking pad with my phone, since sometimes the remote that came with my walking pad won’t work. Haven’t tried the exercises or plans yet though.
However one thing that has been frustrating me though is that I cannot change the unit to imperial. When I try to set the unit to imperial I get a message saying “the current device does not support setting the imperial system.” It’s not super annoying since my health app will translate the data to miles, but I wish I knew while I was working out how far/fast I’m going in miles rather than having to calculate in my head.
I also am unable to see my step count for some reason. Not sure if that’s supported with the walking pad, but all my workouts say 0 steps.
I also hope you guys will add Apple Watch connectivity in the future! I can see my workout data (mileage, calories) in the health app but it’d be nice to see in the Apple Watch Fitness app as well
