I have been using the app for a while to help pay my bills and track my usage. The app is not always accurate when calculating my own bill. I will get the data from the app, for my usage for the month, and I will calculate how much I should owe and majority of the time they charge me an extra $3-$10, and once in a blue moon it will be $3-$10 less.The app is not as accurate is it should be and some times it has difficulty loading for long periods of time. It will take 2-6 hours before I am able to check my usage, and the transfer service button never loads, or works. How ironic…All in all, I rate the app 2 stars and is could use some updates or patches to fix some bugs that it has.

You’d think when you’re offered the convenience of making a payment on the app, that the app it self would be functional-well, it’s not! I’ve made the payment twice and it still won’t register that I made the payment. Don’t even attempt with the Apple Pay method, you’ll just be asking for a headache. Ps get better software engineers.

I have attempted to use this app to pay my bill every month for the past 6 months! Please note I said ATTEMPTED! First, I could get it to load, but even when I finally got frustrated and CALLED to get help, my account number was NOT LISTED! Now, the stupid app won’t even load and I have deleted it multiple times and reinstalled it again multiple times with the same issue! Oh! And I have even contacted the developer only to be completely ignored! What a joke! Champion and their affiliates want you to pay the bills, but they make it impossible to do so in a timely manner!

I’ve been utilizing your site to track my daily and weekly usage and cost, so was glad to see there’s now an app. The app is a little more convenient, but it only shows usage and not projected cost. It would be great if that were added. Until then, I’ll just keep the site bookmarked and use that.
