The rides are efficient and cost effective but the zones are not only limited, but the time from pick up and drop off always changes even when booked. Overall still a great system

Im upset with booking a pick up via the app & having it confirmed. To find out it really isn’t confirmed and having the confirmed pick up to go past the hour confirmation. This happens way to much that there’s not point booking the ride knowing it want be there. Example: booking a 4:30pm pick up at 75 Kane Dr. during the week. I’ll get confirmation but I’d bet my week’s check it want happen! I don’t even bother anymore I just walk.

It’s nearly impossible to book a ride, even though the buses are always empty. Even when you book a ride 24 hours in advance they never show up on time. The drivers say it’s the lack of drivers to cover the zones. Could be a great service, but it’s very unreliable sadly. Lately they have been picking me up at least 1 hour later than the time I booked it for. And in some other occasions they don’t even show up and mark you as a no show…

I schedule rides for a specific time and they never come in time it’s early 20 mins earlier or 30+ mins late. And then when you select a time, they change it right after. It’s a waste of time trying to get a ride. I was tracking my ride and the driver went to the Burger King instead of picking me up. Had me wait 45 mins after my pick up time. These are the same RTS drivers that drive the buses no wonder they’re useless and disrespectful of peoples time.
