The DINW mobile app makes scheduling your imaging appointments quick and easy. Using the app, you can make your appointments, fill out any necessary forms or documents, and even check in to your appointment using your mobile device, rather than waiting in the waiting room.

DINW is an alliance between TRA Medical Imaging and MultiCare Health System with 3 outpatient imaging centers conveniently serving the East Pierce County region.
Cannot pay bills associated to your information without a specific invoice number (I know I have pending charges and have not received any invulnerable). Cannot edit personal health information such as allergies or medications. Check-in times are incorrect; shows at time of test when they are 15min earlier according to phone and appointment reminders.

Can’t make an appointment because it doesn’t let you finish signing up for an account. It says “internal server error” and you cannot continue after putting in your phone number.

I got a text that they have a referral for a CT scan and needed to make an appointment. I could NOT make an appointment without uploading the referral THEY have!! I DO NOT HAVE THE REFERRAL!! THEY HAVE THE REFERRAL!!! I am in queue position 33 when I called!!! They need an IT Department that knows what they are doing AND they need to HIRE schedulers to answer the phone!!

No idea if it works because it wouldn’t let me sign up. They want you to use the app but when I try to use the app it just says it can’t make an account and makes me call anyways which was just a waste of time.
• New: Scheduling First Available - The first available date for each facility is displayed on the Locations screen during scheduling. This allows patients to select a facility based on location (proximity) or availability (sooner).
