Use this app to:
- Get notifications about important health to dos, messages, appointments, and more
- Learn about signs and symptoms to watch out for
- Message with a team of specialists that will help guide you on your pregnancy journey (for eligible pregnant members)
- Track your weight gain, baby’s diapers, and more
- Watch videos about your baby’s weekly development
- Find local resources and learn about programs you may be eligible for
- Create a list of questions for your doctor
- Relax and reset with a breathing timer
Key Women’s Health Features:
- Trusted health articles on everything from breast health and mental health, to nutrition and reproductive health found in the Learn Library.
- A To Do List based on health milestones and your schedule for well-woman visits.
- Health tracking tools for daily habits, meditation and mood, and tracking your cycle.
- Preventive care tasks and topics personalized to your age, and the time of the year so you’re healthy all year long.

To make the app available to you and others, WHASN entered into a service agreement with the developer, Wildflower Health.
