I added this app mostly for use with my BB credit card and to be able to quickly access my past purchases, their warranty and service/support features. Today, however, I opened the app to search for receivers. Initially, upon opening the app, it highlighted their OUTLET section, so I decided to look there. After opening the OUTLET page, I was looking for a search box to select receivers only; but wait…there is NO search box in the OUTLET SECTION! Ok, so I go to HOME AUDIO & SPEAKERS…now I want to search specifically for receivers - still NO search box. Ok, then I go to FILTER & SORT…select CATEGORY dropdown menu, only to find 3 options HOME AUDIO ACCESSORIES OUTLET, HOME AUDIO OUTLET, and PORTABLE AUDIO OUTLET…not what I expected (amps, speakers, input components, receivers, etc). Ok so now I am completely baffled. There are 894 items on at least 50 pages to sort through manually to find receivers. Then I go back to the main OUTLET PAGE and slide the bar to show items available in my local store only. Once on that page, it has the same top drop down menus so I go to FILTER & SORT again and select CATEGORY. What do you know…it now gives me the options the global outlet page should have: cd players & turntables, speakers, receivers & amplifiers! Great…hey BB…why can’t I filter ALL stores for receivers???! Ok, finally get to filter down to brands and number of output channels, and open one of the results and I select one of the videos from its photos. In the middle of playing one of the videos, I receive a phone call and the screen switches to the phone app. When the call is done (less than a minute later) I go back to the BB app and it kicked me not just out of the video, but out of the receiver page, back further all the way to the BB home page before I selected OUTLET! What a complete and total waste of time. Off to Amaz I go, too bad BB! 👎😡
