I lose track of time easily, but don’t want to set and dismiss and be disrupted by a bunch of jarring alarms all day every dayThis app allows me to set gentle reminders throughout the dayMost i have set to just vibrate once,that way I dont have to deal with an annoying alarm, dont have to interact with my phone, i just hear/feel the beep and am reminded to look at the clock and act accordinglyFor medication reminders i have a specific tone, which again i dont have to interact or get distracted picking up the phone, i can just go straight to medsIts greatYou’d think this would be an easy built-in or alexa feature but its not. App is great. Only thing I’d change is to add more options for simple, singular tones The app lets you choose how you want to deal with notifications too so it doesn’t overwhelm your screenI guess if you prefer to be annoyed into action this app will let you choose that too Its a good amount of options/control without being confusingDef recommend

I have loved using this app for a few years. It’s saved my bacon more than once. I’ve been experiencing a glitch lately where I’m getting an upgrade notice. When that happens the app locks up and won’t let me add any appointments. I’ve spoken with the apps author about it. He has been very quick to respond. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. If not for this issue, I’d rate it 5 stars. PS. I wish the appointment notes were easier to edit. You can’t just click in the middle of a sentence and edit a word or phrase, you have to go to the end of all the words and backspace until you get to where you want to edit. You then have to retype all of the words you just deleted. Other than that, great program.

As a remote worker, my calendar is complex. I found myself missing meetings not because I wasn’t at my desk, but because I was just working and wouldn’t hear the small “chime” that happens a zillion times a day from my computer. Why can’t you set teams to actually for real alert you when you have a meeting?! But who cares! With the app, I now get a real alarm that the meeting is starting! I feel my stress level is down a good 10%. No medication could even come close. Best of all I’m not late to meetings now! The import from your outlook and google calendar is easy. Then you can just look ahead for the week and turn off the “beeps” you don’t want, like for meetings where you are optional, or personal stuff. If you add a new meeting, it automatically adds a beep (I’m sure you can change this, there are LOTS of settings). Dear developer, I can’t thank you enough. Looking for a way to donate money now because this project really does help!!
